Step 2: Matching & Communication

• We match puppies based on temperament, your experience level, and your home setup so both you and your Frenchie thrive.

Step 3: Hold, Deposit, and Agreement

• Once matched, you can place a hold on your puppy with a refundable deposit (if applicable), outlined in our puppy contract.

• You’ll receive a puppy agreement that covers health guarantee terms, care expectations, and responsibilities of both parties.

Step 4: Bringing Your Puppy Home
